FALKR is an ERP framework built from scratch in Rust — for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want to hand their books to a decade-old, bloated platform. At its core: a metadata-driven kernel so every business can customize without forking code, an event-sourced ledger so every number is auditable back to its source, and a WASM-sandboxed plugin layer so custom logic never touches the core. Fast because Rust is fast. Trustworthy because every transaction is provable, not just stored.

This raise funds the first working core: the ledger, the base framework, and the first module built end-to-end. Backers get FALKR tokens — a way to back the build early and be named a founding supporter, not an investment or a promise of profit.
