# Lumo Wallet LLC — One Wallet. Endless Possibilities.

Lumo brings a self-custody crypto wallet, payment cards, digital-asset tools and merchant payments into one product ecosystem. This community campaign supports continued development and adoption of Lumo's software and business tools.

## The product

**Wallet and payments:** Hold, send and receive coins, stablecoins and tokens across 17+ networks. Pay using an address, QR code, @handle or verified phone number. Compare partner offers to buy and sell crypto in local currencies, and swap across supported chains. The published swap service fee is 0.4%, with applicable network fees shown separately.

**Cards:** Basic and Pro Lumo cards, crypto top-ups, in-app card statements, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported. Card availability and eligibility depend on the issuing partner and jurisdiction.

**Markets, staking and borrowing:** Lumo Markets brings partner-provided tokenised stocks and ETFs into the wallet. The suite also includes ETH, SOL and ADA staking through Everstake and crypto-backed borrowing through CoinRabbit. These features are subject to provider terms, market risks and geographic restrictions.

**NFTs:** Browse collections and buy, sell or list NFTs on supported networks, including Ethereum, Base and Polygon.

**Pulse:** Lumo's built-in assistant provides voice and text help, supports user-approved actions, and supplies business insights and support. Financial actions require the user's approval.

**Hardware wallets and connections:** Ledger and Trezor integration for hardware signing, plus WalletConnect for supported dApps.

**Access and recovery:** Apple, Google or Telegram sign-in; recovery-phrase options; encrypted backup in the user's own iCloud or Google Drive; passcode and biometric protection. Lumo supports multiple languages, local-currency displays and referrals, with apps designed for mobile and desktop devices.

**Lumo Business:** Crypto Checkout, partner-powered Card Checkout, invoices and payment links, up to five stores per account, scheduled or on-demand crypto withdrawals, PDF statements and Pulse insights. Customers can pay from supported external wallets; approved Card Checkout merchants can also accept cards. Card Checkout funds are held by a payments partner before bank payout—the self-custody description applies to the core wallet.

**Merchant integrations:** 13 plugins and SDKs, developer APIs and payment webhooks connect Lumo with merchant websites, commerce systems and billing tools. Integration materials and setup information are available on our website.

**Lumo POS roadmap:** A planned handheld terminal links in-store payments to Lumo Business. The roadmap targets pre-orders in January 2027 and initial shipping in April 2027, with 4G/Wi-Fi connectivity and up to 72-hour battery life. POS is a future product, not an already shipped reward in this campaign.

## Where we are today

Planning began in August 2025 and Lumo launched on 1 July 2026. The October feature release is complete. As confirmed on 22 October 2026, Lumo has 2,050 total users and 4 monthly active users. Current monthly revenue is £0, and no external investment has been raised. Our immediate priorities are activation, retention and establishing paying customers.

Lumo Wallet LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, United States. Thomas Rowlands is the sole founder and owner, based in Cyprus, with a distributed team across Cyprus, Poland, Pakistan and the Philippines. Professional developers built the original app; Thomas leads product direction and modernisation and designed and built the brand.

## What community support helps fund

Product development and security work; customer discovery and onboarding; merchant integrations; infrastructure; and the operating support needed to improve usage and retention. We will communicate progress and material changes to supporters. This campaign supports a commercial software company and is not presented as a charitable appeal.

## Contribution terms

This is a proposed donation-style community campaign. Contributions do not purchase shares in Lumo Wallet LLC, a financial return, interest, profit participation, a redeemable investment token, or a POS terminal. There is no promised investment return. Product availability, partner services and future delivery dates may change.
