# Tibetan Coin — cultural and educational support campaign

**How to check availability:** This document describes the campaign terms. Publishing metadata does not establish that subscriptions are open. Only subscribe after verifying the deployed guard, Juicebox project ID, current onchain outcome and deadline. Payments are permitted only while the campaign is in its Funding state.

Tibetan Coin is a proposed support initiative for Tibetan language education and cultural preservation. Planned activities may include educational materials, language teaching, cultural archives and scholarships for Tibetan communities, including communities in India, Thailand and China. Specific education partners and grant commitments have not been announced in this document. This project does not claim to be a registered foundation or tax-exempt charity.

**Planned subscription terms:** Base mainnet; native USDC only. The hard cap is 100,000,000 USDC and the minimum successful raise is 10,000,000 USDC. The campaign lasts 180 days from the block timestamp at which the project is initialized, and may complete earlier when the hard cap is filled. These amounts are USDC units, not guaranteed US dollar market values.

Each accepted 1 USDC subscription creates 10 locked Juicebox credits representing the planned TIBET allocation. Credits cannot be transferred during the campaign. No extra reserved tokens or additional liquidity allocation will be minted. At the hard cap, paid subscriptions therefore represent at most 1,000,000,000 TIBET. Unsolicited donations and Add to balance payments are not token subscriptions, do not create an allocation, and are not included in the subscription hard cap or the recorded subscription-refund ledger.

**Success:** When the cap is filled, or when the 180-day period ends with at least the minimum raise, the campaign can be settled. Settlement deploys the Tibetan Coin ERC-20 token, symbol TIBET, and holders can claim their credits as wallet tokens one for one. Holding TIBET does not promise dividends, interest, repayment, ownership of the project treasury, price support, exchange listing or a right to redeem against project assets after success.

**Failure or cancellation:** If the campaign ends below the minimum raise, or is cancelled under its fixed rules, each original subscriber is entitled to claim the full recorded subscription principal in the original USDC. This is a principal refund under the campaign contract, not market-priced redemption. The contract also permits recovery using a zero-token cash-out call after a holder has voluntarily burned credits; this special path may need a separate contract interface. Claimants pay their own network gas. A failed USDC transfer must not be recorded as a completed refund.

**Custody and proceeds:** Subscription USDC stays in the fixed Juicebox terminal during fundraising. The project ownership NFT is held by a fixed campaign guard, which restricts early payouts, changes of rules and discretionary minting. After success, recorded subscription proceeds can be released only to 0x042CcA6E5395fe5bd396777d10a793979CAba8Ce. Standard Juicebox payout fees are normally 2.5%, so a 100,000,000 USDC gross raise would normally deliver about 97,500,000 USDC after that fee, before other project costs. The initiative intends to use net proceeds to support the stated educational and cultural purpose. This purpose is an organizer commitment; the chain does not verify later real-world spending or project outcomes.

This document does not claim an independent security audit. The deployed guard, project identifier, actual deadline and active onchain terms must be checked before any subscription.

**拟定认购规则：**Base 主网，只接受原生 USDC。认购硬上限为1亿 USDC，最低成功目标为1000万 USDC。募资期从项目初始化成功所在区块起计算180天，满额可提前结束。USDC 金额不保证始终等同美元市值。

每认购1 USDC，按10 TIBET的比率记录为不可转让的 Juicebox credits；成功前不发行可转让的 ERC-20。没有额外保留代币或额外流动性配额，满额认购对应最多10亿 TIBET。直接转币或 Add to balance 属于额外捐入，不属于代币认购，不取得配额，也不计入认购硬上限和认购退款账本。

**成功后：**满额，或180天到期且达到最低目标，即可结算并部署名称 Tibetan Coin、符号 TIBET 的 ERC-20；持有人可按1:1把 credits 领取为钱包代币。持币不承诺分红、利息、还本、项目资产所有权、保价、交易所上市或成功后的资产赎回权。

**失败或取消：**到期未达最低目标，或依固定规则取消，原认购人可领取其记录的全部原币 USDC 本金。退款不按代币市场价格计算。当前合约也支持主动烧毁 credits 后通过零代币数量的 cash-out 调用找回本金，该特殊路径可能需要单独的合约界面。领取者自行支付网络手续费；USDC转账失败不能记录为退款完成。

**保管与用款：**募资期间USDC留在固定Juicebox terminal中，项目所有权NFT由固定guard合约持有，约束提前提款、修改规则和任意增发。成功后，仅向固定老板地址 0x042CcA6E5395fe5bd396777d10a793979CAba8Ce 释放记录认购款。协议通常扣2.5%提现费用，因此1亿USDC毛额通常约剩9750万USDC，尚未扣其他项目成本。净款拟用于上述教育文化目的；实际线下支出和教育成果需由发起人负责，链上规则不会自动核实。

本文件不宣称已经完成独立安全审计。认购前应核对最终guard、真实项目ID、实际截止日期及链上生效条款。
